Weekly Yoga at Marshall’s Mill
Join Alex Hardern for a yoga class at Marshalls Mill every Tuesday from 12:30-1:15pm. The Yoga class is perfect for those with some yoga experience and is ideal for anyone looking to deepen their practice or find a refreshing mid-day stretch.
£7 per class
Please bring your own mats!
Not suitable for complete beginners, but all other levels are welcome. Come join us for a relaxing yet energising break in the middle of your week. See you on the mat!
