Wellness Wednesdays at Marshall’s Mill
We’re celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week with a community focus on mental health and wellbeing. This May, we invite all our occupiers to join us for Wellness Wednesdays, a series of wellbeing-focused events every Wednesday throughout the month.
Whether you’re looking to nourish your mind, get creative, or recharge with some fitness and relaxation, we have something for everyone. It’s time to take a pause, look after your mental and physical wellbeing, and embrace the positive impact of self-care.
