First Party Cookies : These are cookies that are set by this website directly.
WordPress: Our websites runs the popular WordPress CMS and cookies are used to store basic data on your interactions with WordPress, and whether you have logged into WordPress. We use a session cookie to remember your log-in for you if you are a registered user and we deem these as being strictly necessary to the working of the website. Third Party Cookies: These are cookies set on your machine by external websites whose services are used on this site. Cookies of this type are the sharing buttons across the site allow visitors to share content onto social networks. Cookies are currently set by LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and Pinterest. In order to implement these buttons, and connect them to the relevant social networks and external sites, there are scripts from domains outside of our website. You should be aware that these sites are likely to be collecting information about what you are doing all around the internet, including on this website. Anita Morris Associates Ltd are contracted by Workman, the managing agents of the Round Foundry and Marshalls Mill estate which is owned by Hermes, to promote the area and to communicate with individuals who work for the tenant businesses, as well as residents and visitors.
AMA produces the quarterly local newsletter ‘The Circular’ and frequent e-fliers that give details of local events, news, competitions and special offers.
AMA collects email addresses of people who work and socialise in the Round Foundry and Marshalls Mill estate from the following: the ‘sign up’ page on theroundfoundry.co.uk; the Round Foundry Facebook page; the lettings agents.
When a business becomes a tenant on the estate, we are supplied with the telephone number and email address of the lead contact and their work address, either by the lettings agent (Creative Space Management or Knight Frank) or by Workman.
We use a third party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver e-newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve the content. For more information, please see Mailchimp’s privacy notice.
Individuals whose data is held on Mailchimp, for use by Anita Morris Associates on behalf of Workman and Hermes, will be asked to give their consent at the time they join the mailing list.
Only information relevant to, or about the Round Foundry and Marshalls Mill estate will be distributed to the database.
Data held on the Mailchimp list will be retained for two years, after which we will seek individuals’ consent to retain the contact details for two more years.
Data will not be shared with any third party, with the exception of Workman, for their use in managing the estate.
We manage the Twitter and Facebook pages – @WeLoveHolbeck and The Round Foundry respectively – and we use a third party provider, Hootsuite, to manage our social media interactions. If an individual sends us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by Hootsuite for three months. It will not be shared with any other organisation.
If, at any time, an individual wants to access the information about them that we hold, we will provide it in a digital format as soon as possible, within two working days of the request.
