Where We Are

The historic Round Foundry & Marshall’s Mill estate is just four minutes’ walk from Leeds Train Station via the South entrance and has direct access to the main motorways and access routes into the city centre.

There is also a walking route along the Leeds Liverpool Canal and cutting through the Tower Works development, which offers a more scenic route to and from the city centre to the Round Foundry.

By Road

From M1– Continue along the M1 joining the M621, Exit at J3, follow the signs to city centre along Meadow Road and Victoria Road. Pass the Bridgewater Place skyscraper on your left and turn left at the traffic lights onto Water Lane.Turn left again onto David Street where there is a car park and street parking.

From M62 eastbound – Exit onto M62 at J27 onto the M621, exit the M621 at J4 – Continue straight ahead following signs to the city centre onto Victoria Road.  Pass the Bridgewater Place skyscraper on your left and turn left at the traffic lights onto Water Lane.Turn left again onto David Street where there is a car park and street parking.

From the M62 westbound – Exit at J29 onto the M1 north and follow directions from the M1 above

ON FOOT

From City Square head south to the left of The Queens Hotel and train station onto Neville Street, through the tunnel towards the Hilton Hotel.

Continue past the Hilton over Victoria Bridge, with KPMG on your left, and take the next right onto Water Lane just before the Bridgewater Place skyscraper. Continue along Water Lane until its intersection with Globe Road and you will see Round Foundry on your left.

BY TRAIN

From the station’s south entrance turn right onto Granary Wharf. Walk past DoubleTree hotel and Candle House and up the steps, then over the bridge, taking you to the other side of the canal. Keep walking until you get to the zebra crossing on Water Lane. Cross the road, and you’ll see the estate just in front of you
